  • Provide training and support to staff on analytical tools and processes.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to anticipate and suggest business innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a business analysis role.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.
