Job Description

As a Brand Portfolio Executive, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of a company's brand portfolio. Your responsibilities will include market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for brand expansion, developing strategic plans to promote brand growth and awareness, and collaborating with various departments to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of each brand within the portfolio, making data-driven decisions to optimize brand positioning and messaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that drive growth and profitability for the brand portfolio.
  • Manage the brand portfolio to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and finance to execute brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead new product development initiatives within the brand portfolio, from concept to launch.
  • Work closely with external agencies and vendors to develop creative assets and marketing campaigns.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement by developing and implementing integrated marketing communications plans.
  • Manage budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources to maximize brand impact.
  • Regularly review and report on brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in brand management or portfolio management
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with market research and trend analysis
