Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for various construction projects efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors on design specifications.
• Ensure all design models meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans and translate them into BIM models.
• Coordinate BIM workflow and data exchange among all project stakeholders.
• Review and update design models to reflect as-built conditions and modifications.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within design models promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and BIM outputs for projects.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all design iterations and model changes.
• Stay updated with new developments and trends in BIM software and methodologies.
• Prepare and present BIM model visualization for client meetings and presentations.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Draughtsman or similar position in the industry.
• Proficient in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar programs.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design work.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for building projects.
