Job Description

As a Beauty Advisor at our pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience by providing expert skincare, makeup, and beauty product recommendations. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers in selecting the best products for their needs, ensuring they leave satisfied and looking their best. You will stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches, and provide personalized advice tailored to each customer's skin type and preferences. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the beauty department, managing inventory, and executing merchandising strategies. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations and advice to pharmacy customers.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products and industry trends.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
  • Ensure the beauty section is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide samples to increase customer engagement.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy promotional activities and offers.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for timely replenishments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular and new customers alike.
  • Execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a beauty advisor or similar role in the retail industry.
  • Deep knowledge of beauty products, including skincare and makeup ranges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing inventory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per retail schedules.
