Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty drinks.
• Greet customers and create a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure hygiene standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Provide customers with product details and menu recommendations.
• Maintain stock levels by ordering and replenishing coffee, milk, and supplies.
• Educate customers on the coffee-making process when needed.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations.
• Conduct routine checks of equipment and report issues to management.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on coffee trends.
• Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations consistently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
