We are seeking a skilled and professional Barber to deliver premium grooming services within our luxury hospitality environment. The role requires high standards of personal grooming, discretion, and service excellence while catering to VVIP and high-profile guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trimming, and grooming consultations
• Deliver personalized grooming experiences tailored to individual guest preferences
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with UAE regulations
• Prepare and maintain barber tools, equipment, and workstations to luxury standards
• Recommend suitable hair and grooming products to guests
• Handle guests with courtesy, professionalism, and strict confidentiality
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and punctually
• Stay updated with modern barbering techniques, trends, and styles
• Adhere to Salayel Hospitality’s service standards and grooming protocols
  
  

• Proven experience as a Barber in luxury salons, hotels, or high-end establishments
• Professional barber certification or relevant training preferred
• Excellent grooming, presentation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of classic and modern men’s hairstyles and grooming techniques
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Experience handling VVIP or high-profile clients is an advantage
