As a Banquet Waitress, you assist in delivering exceptional service during events, ensuring guests are served promptly and professionally. You will support the setup and breakdown of banquet venues according to event requirements and coordinate with the banquet team to provide a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up of banquet tables, buffets, and service areas as per event standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously during events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event, ensuring tables and service stations are properly arranged.
• Address guest requests promptly and escalate any issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Support post-event breakdown, ensuring equipment, linens, and service items are handled and stored correctly.
  
  

About You

• Strong guest service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests.
• Ability to carry trays, serve efficiently, and manage multiple tables or service areas simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with the banquet team.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in setup, service, and table arrangements.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing event requirements and guest needs.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in banquet operation in a Hotel.
• High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is often required.
