Job Description

The Banking Solution Sales Consultant is a key player in the financial industry, tasked with driving the growth and success of financial solutions by leveraging their expertise in banking products and services. This role involves working closely with banks and financial institutions to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. With an in-depth understanding of the banking sector, the consultant builds strong relationships with clients, facilitates solution adoption, and ensures client needs are met through innovative product offerings. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in need of banking solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase solutions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Provide comprehensive demonstrations of banking software and tools.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts with clients.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers in banks.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform solution development.
  • Organize and lead training sessions for clients on new solutions.
  • Work with marketing teams to generate leads and enhance visibility.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Maintain and manage a CRM database of potential and existing clients.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years in a sales role within the banking sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in financial products.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, systems, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve goals.
  • Experience with CRM software for managing client relationships effectively.
