Baby Sensory Facilitator

Orange Wheels is seeking an energetic, confident and experienced facilitator to deliver engaging sensory sessions for babies aged 3–18 months, accompanied by their parents or caregivers.

The role covers five locations weekly: three in Dubai and two in Abu Dhabi. Each session requires 1 hour of facilitation, plus 1 hour for setup and clearing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging sessions incorporating music, rhythm, songs, rhymes, movement, storytelling, sensory exploration and parent–baby bonding.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate sensory stimulation.
• Adapt activities, pacing and interaction to different ages, developmental stages and individual responses.
• Use expressive verbal and non-verbal communication, varied vocal tones, facial expressions and gestures to engage and entertain groups.
• Build rapport with babies and parents, encouraging active caregiver participation.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment; manage session setup, materials and clearing.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality sessions across all five locations.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years’ experience conducting baby sensory, infant enrichment or music-and-movement sessions in a nursery, specialist programme or similar setting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of infant development and early-years learning.
• Excellent musicality, rhythm, timing and confidence leading songs and movement activities.
• High energy, warmth, stage presence and excellent verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Ability to regulate vocal tone, manage group dynamics and adjust session pacing confidently.
• Genuine enjoyment of interacting with babies and parents.
• Valid paediatric first aid certification (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
• Ability to pass background and safeguarding checks.
• Legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
• Own transport and willingness to travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi (transport allowance provided).
  
  

• Experience with Baby Sensory, Music Monkeys, Gymboree or Kindermusik.
• Familiarity with UK, US or Scandinavian early-years curricula.
