Job Description

Operating the baby roller to compact asphalt, soil, and other materials on construction sites.
Ensuring the roller is in good working condition by performing regular maintenance checks and reporting any issues.
Collaborating with site supervisors and other team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Assisting with the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed.
Keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating baby rollers or similar equipment, a strong understanding of construction site safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A valid driver's license and relevant certifications are preferred.
