About Joud CoffeeJoud Coffee is a homegrown specialty coffee company built on quality, hospitality, and strong product standards. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our roastery platform and building our B2B wholesale channel to supply specialty cafés, coffee shops, and selected hospitality partners.

We are looking for a commercially strong, highly proactive B2B Wholesale Sales Manager to help build this channel from the ground up.

About the RoleThis is a builder role for someone who knows how to create momentum, open doors, and turn relationships into recurring revenue.

You will be responsible for developing Joud Coffee’s wholesale customer base, building and managing the sales pipeline, leading tastings and commercial discussions, converting prospects into active accounts, and growing those accounts over time.

This is not a passive account management role and not a generic sales rep role. We are looking for someone who can combine commercial discipline with specialty coffee credibility and represent Joud Coffee professionally in the market.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Building the pipeline

  • Identify and target specialty cafés, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, offices, and selected hospitality accounts
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects
  • Conduct outreach, field visits, meetings, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities
  • Maintain clear visibility on lead status, next steps, conversion stage, and revenue potential

Winning new business

  • Engage founders, café owners, operators, and decision-makers
  • Present Joud Coffee’s wholesale proposition in a credible and commercially compelling way
  • Lead tastings, cuppings, and product trials with prospective customers
  • Understand each prospect’s coffee program, pain points, volume potential, quality expectations, and commercial requirements
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and account recommendations
  • Negotiate commercial terms within agreed parameters and close new accounts

Launching and growing accounts

  • Coordinate onboarding with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer launch
  • Support setup of product selection, ordering process, delivery rhythm, and account activation
  • Stay close to new accounts during the early launch period to drive repeat ordering and stability
  • Build strong account relationships and identify opportunities to grow monthly volume and product mix
  • Monitor account health, retention, and commercial performance

Bringing market insight into the business

  • Track competitor activity, pricing, coffee offerings, and customer expectations in the market
  • Share structured feedback on objections, demand trends, and areas of opportunity
  • Help refine wholesale tools, pricing frameworks, onboarding approach, and sales materials

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account growth
  • Strong preference for candidates from specialty coffee, coffee roasting, premium foodservice, beverage distribution, café supply, or hospitality supply
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline and win new business from scratch
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to think in terms of revenue, margin, account quality, and long-term value
  • Good understanding of specialty coffee and café operations
  • Confident leading customer meetings, tastings, and commercial conversations
  • Strong follow-through, reporting discipline, and ownership
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role that requires initiative and movement
  • UAE market experience is strongly preferred
  • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
