Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AV Technician to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing audio, visual, and lighting equipment throughout our facility. This role requires a professional approach, efficient problem-solving skills, and a strong customer focus.

• Operate, maintain, and repair all audio, visual, and lighting equipment
• Respond promptly to work requests, prioritizing those related to health and safety
• Ensure optimal performance of AV and lighting equipment through regular preventive maintenance
• Evaluate and respond to equipment usage and energy efficiency concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily log books, shop drawings, and equipment catalogs
• Assist in setting up and operating AV equipment for various events and meetings
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless AV operations
• Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry best practices
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
