Job Description

As an Automotive Parts Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and distribution of automotive parts within our network. You will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Your knowledge of automotive parts, combined with excellent sales and negotiation skills, will help you successfully promote and sell our products to retailers, distributors, and automotive repair shops. You will also be involved in market research to identify new customer needs and ways to improve product offerings. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with new and existing clients in the automotive industry.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand trends and customer needs in the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the company's product range and services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client's requirements.
  • Negotiate sales deals and contracts in compliance with company policies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals as set by the management.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products or services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's CRM system.
  • Participate in relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and promotions effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar sector.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed sales strategy recommendations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
