Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Automotive Parts Sales Executive to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and knowledgeable support. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to customers, guiding them in selecting appropriate parts for their needs.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of high-demand parts and timely restocking.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement or new offerings.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to stay updated on market trends and expand the company’s network.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of any issues or concerns raised by customers regarding products or services.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive parts sales or a closely related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive components and their functionalities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software platforms.
  • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing sales trends to inform strategies.
