Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our parts sales portfolio, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate and manage new sales leads.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and accounts.
  • Provide expert advice and product knowledge to potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with automotive parts suppliers for the best product deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new product launches and technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and industry demand.
  • Manage sales documentation and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and compile sales progress reports regularly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and product promotions.
  • Participate in trade shows and relevant industry events for networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within the automotive parts or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts and after-market products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and manage customer accounts.
  • Adept at working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales forecasting tools preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
