Job Description

The Automotive Parts Sales Executive plays a critical role in the growth and customer satisfaction within an automotive company. This position requires a self-driven individual passionate about sales and the automotive parts industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with a variety of customer bases, from automotive repair professionals to retail clients. As a key player, you will analyze customer needs, recommend suitable products, negotiate prices, and close sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of automotive parts, and a knack for building long-term customer relations. Working closely with both internal teams and external partners, you will seek new business opportunities and optimize sales processes to achieve targets.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients within the automotive industry and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft effective promotional strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to adjust sales tactics and identify untapped opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and expert advice on automotive parts to clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate terms with clients for successful closures.
  • Offer comprehensive after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events to represent the company.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Continuously update knowledge on new parts and automotive industry advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in automotive parts sales or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and industry standards is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment effectively.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
