Department: Workshop / Fleet Maintenance
Work Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi UAE
Eurostar Rent A Car is looking for a skilled Auto Mechanic ( with Electrical knowledge) to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both mechanical and automotive electrical repairs, preferably in a multi-brand workshop environment, with the ability to diagnose, repair and maintain a diverse fleet of rental vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Perform mechanical repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance on a multi-brand vehicle fleet.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive electrical and electronic faults.
- Inspect and repair engine, transmission, braking, suspension and steering systems.
- Identify faults using diagnostic tools and automotive scanning equipment.
- Perform battery, starter motor, alternator, wiring and other electrical system repairs.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
- Minimise vehicle downtime through timely and efficient repairs.
- Maintain workshop safety standards and ensure quality workmanship.
- ITI, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience as an Auto Technician in a multi-brand workshop.
- Strong knowledge of both mechanical and automotive electrical systems.
- Experience with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting equipment.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple vehicle makes and models.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
