As a fresh university Graduate, the candidate will gain hands-on experience in auditing business processes, risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks. Graduate Auditors work alongside experienced staff, supporting projects that safeguard Etihad’s operations and contribute to its long-term success.This role specifically requires working closely with the Manager Internal Audit/Head Internal Audit to deliver the department’s goals and objectives.
Accountabilities
Support internal audit reviews across business units, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Assist in identifying risks, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management.
Gain exposure to audit methodologies, data analysis, and governance frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical recommendations and monitor follow-up actions.
Engage in structured learning and development programs, including technical training.
Undertake any other task assigned from time to time, such as managing a co-source partner, attending meetings to represent Internal Audit, etc.
Support the Investigations team on a need basis.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field.
GPA: 3.0 or above (or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Passion for learning, innovation, and contributing to organisational excellence.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience.
