Job Description

An Audio Visual Sales Executive plays a crucial role in promoting and selling AV products and services to clients across various industries. With the increasing integration of audiovisual technology in corporate, educational, and entertainment sectors, this role is essential in providing tailored solutions that meet client needs. The primary objective is to grow sales revenue by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting appropriate AV solutions. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the audiovisual industry sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive customer loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored audiovisual solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest audiovisual solutions and emerging technologies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements with clients for AV products.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of AV solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue goals.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote products.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and forecast future sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the audiovisual industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects of audiovisual products and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills in a sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
