Job Description

An Audio Visual Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales of audio-visual solutions and services. This role involves understanding the needs of clients and businesses, delivering presentations, and proposing customized audio-visual solutions that meet their unique requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of audio-visual technology, excellent sales skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients. The role requires working closely with the project management, technical, and engineering teams to ensure that projects are delivered successfully and meet client expectations. This position is crucial for driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction within the organization, thus contributing to the company's long-term success.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the audio-visual sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to assess and understand their audio-visual needs effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and audiovisual demonstrations.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to create customized AV solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and goals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in audio-visual technologies.
  • Provide post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer contacts within CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in audio-visual sales or similar roles.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of AV technology and industry standards.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a client-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences.
