Job Description

The Associate Sales Operations Analyst is a critical member of the sales team, responsible for improving sales performance through detailed data analysis and process improvements. This role involves collaborating closely with sales leaders, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable insights. The successful candidate will support the sales organization by maintaining and analyzing sales information, identifying trends, and developing recommendations for strategic improvements. The Associate Sales Operations Analyst will assist in creating reports, dashboards, and tracking key performance metrics to ensure the sales team can focus on achieving departmental goals. By leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail, you will play a vital role in enhancing the sales process, driving revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide sales strategy.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of sales processes and tools to increase efficiency.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline management through thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Review sales agreements and contracts to ensure terms align with company policies.
  • Conduct pipeline analysis and provide recommendations to senior sales leaders.
  • Manage sales data integrity, overseeing regular updates and ensuring accuracy in CRM systems.
  • Create and distribute regular reports on sales performance and productivity metrics.
  • Work closely with marketing to align sales strategies with market opportunities and trends.
  • Provide training and support for sales teams regarding new tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Capacity to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
