What you will do:

Role Overview:

The Associate will support the origination, structuring, execution, and modelling of structured/project finance and other financing strategy across infrastructure, energy, industrials, real estate, etc transactions.

The role requires strong financial analysis and modelling skills, solid structured finance experience, market knowledge, and the ability to support engagement with banks and other financing counterparties throughout the transaction lifecycle.

What will you bring:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related field
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance) or professional qualifications (CFA, ACA) preferred
• Financial Modelling certificate or work experience
  
  

• Minim 5 years of experience in structured finance / project finance field
• Experience supporting financings across infrastructure, energy, utilities, transport, industrial, real estate sectors, etc.
  
  

• Strong project finance knowledge and financial modelling capabilities
• Good understanding of debt markets, lender expectations, and credit processes
• Familiarity with transaction marketing and bank engagement processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with financing documents and other associated materials
  
  

• Detail-oriented with strong execution focus
• Commercially aware and risk-conscious
• Able to create & maintain good working relationship with stakeholders and team members
• Not afraid of exploring new/controversial ideas, within reason.
