What you will do:

This role is a full-time role under Solutions Plus (A Mubadala Company).

You’ll help deliver Mubadala’s Human Capital analytics and digital transformation agenda, supporting leaders in making evidence-based people decisions on trusted data, supported by the responsible adoption of AI-enabled capabilities. Using Python, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate, you’ll turn complex workforce data into actionable insight, improve data quality and accessibility, and replace manual processes with scalable, automated solutions.

People Analytics & Workforce Intelligence

• Analyze workforce and Human Capital data across headcount, turnover, recruitment, mobility, talent, performance, learning, and workforce planning.
• Apply statistical analysis, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive modelling to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Partner with HC stakeholders to translate business questions into clear metrics, analytical solutions, and recommendations.
  
  

Business Intelligence & Data Visualization

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions.
• Develop robust semantic models, DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, role-based access, and scheduled refreshes.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting using clear data visualization, storytelling, and executive-ready insights.
  
  

Data Engineering, SQL & Snowflake

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and reconcile large datasets.
• Build curated datasets, reusable views, and analytics-ready data pipelines in Snowflake in partnership with Enterprise Data Analytics and IT teams.
  
  

Python, Data Science & Advanced Analytics

• Develop reproducible Python workflows for data cleaning, validation, transformation, statistical analysis, automation, and predictive modelling.
• Build, test, and document analytical models using appropriate data science techniques.
  
  

AI Enablement & Microsoft Automation

• Design, build, and maintain approved AI-enabled assistants and automated workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Automate Human Capital processes, reporting, notifications, approvals, and data collection across Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and other approved Microsoft 365 tools.
  
  

Data Governance, Quality & Confidentiality

• Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, validation, and issue resolution to maintain accurate and reliable HC data.
• Handle sensitive employee and workforce data in line with Mubadala policies, privacy requirements, access controls, and AI governance standards.
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with Talent Partners, HC Centers of Excellence, Technology, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize analytical use cases.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and ongoing support for dashboards, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, analytical maturity, digital capabilities, and user experience.
  
  

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures

• Support continuous improvement of functional systems, processes, controls, and practices in line with Mubadala standards and business requirements.
  
  

What will you bring:

To succeed within this role, you will bring a strong mix of practical experience, technical skills and business skills, including:

• 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related technical roles.
• A proven track record of building production-quality analytics and reporting solutions using Python, SQL, Power BI – Data Modeling & Visualization and Snowflake – Data Warehousing $ Analytics, with practical experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate – Workflow Automation.
• Advanced skills in statistical analysis, data mining, insight generation, data storytelling and performance measurement, with strong knowledge of people analytics, workforce metrics, and data quality, privacy and security.
• Experience delivering solutions with sensitive data in a complex, multi-stakeholder organization.
• You will have the following business skills: strategic thinker, analytical thinking, problem solving, resilient, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, results focused.
• You will be an excellent communicator able to build relationships, communicate and influence at all levels.
  
  

Education and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Power BI, Cloud Data Platforms, or Microsoft Power Platform are advantageous.
