Job Description: Associate Graphic Designer

Position Summary

The Associate Graphic Designer supports the Business Development team by producing high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels that effectively communicate KBRs solutions - including engineering, consulting, project management, and energy transition services. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who is passionate about visual communication, eager to learn, and capable of transforming complex concepts into engaging, brand aligned designs and graphics

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide business development focused design support, including high‑impact visuals for client presentations, pursuits, capability decks, and strategic submissions.
  • Create visual assets including presentations, bid/proposal graphics, banners and infographics
  • Accurately document and archive all approved design materials
  • Collaborate with senior designers and cross‑functional teams to execute design projects.
  • Prepare production‑ready files for print and digital use.
  • Support layout design, photo editing, icon creation, and typography work.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts.
  • Ensure design consistency, quality, and accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Additional responsibilities include managing sales communication through client portals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related creative field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, internships included.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS office.
  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative thinking and design execution.
  • Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
  • Photography or videography experience.
