The Project

Mace is supporting the delivery of a large‑scale, next‑generation digital infrastructure programme in the region, working alongside a leading developer in the data centre sector. The project brings together complex design coordination, fast‑paced delivery and rigorous governance to meet the demands of a mission‑critical environment. Our team is applying global best practice in programme, project and commercial management to help shape resilient, future‑ready infrastructure at scale.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Advises on complex project requirements, providing clear analysis and recommending effective corrective actions.
• Leads the planning and scheduling delivery of medium‑ to high‑complexity projects and programmes.
• Oversees planning, scheduling, EVM and wider project controls methodologies to drive performance.
• Communicates confidently with clients, project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Develops robust plans and interprets trends using numerical and statistical techniques to inform decision‑making.
• Supports senior leadership through negotiations, contract development, due diligence and business development activity.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree or equivalent experience in construction, programme, project or commercial management.
• Working towards chartered status with a recognised professional body.
• Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
• Experienced in project controls and planning and who preferably worked client’s side before and has a solid grounding of full development lifecycle.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
