The Project

This role supports a large scale national railway infrastructure programme in the UAE. This is one of the UAE’s flagship infrastructure initiatives, contributing to regional connectivity and long term economic growth.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead planning and scheduling for complex projects and programmes.
• Oversee project controls, EVM, and governance processes.
• Provide clear analysis, corrective measures, and client-facing communication.
• Develop plans, analyse trends, and support negotiations and due diligence.
• Inspire and manage planning teams, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Drive sustainability by embedding net zero carbon transition in delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Expert in schedule management tools and systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex, uncertain activities.
• Degree in construction, engineering, or project management.
• Professional accreditation in progress (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE).
