What you will do:
Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated brand marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
This role is designed with a strong emphasis on campaign strategy and execution complemented by hands-on involvement in creative content development and production.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering targeted, tactical marketing campaigns while ensuring high-quality, engaging content that aligns with Mubadala’s brand narrative.
The role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and content, requiring both analytical rigor and creative sensibility. It offers an excellent opportunity for an emerging marketing professional to take on greater ownership, manage multiple stakeholders, and contribute to high-impact brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Develop campaign strategies, including audience segmentation, channel mix, KPIs, and performance measurement.
Manage campaign delivery in partnership with media buying agencies, including media planning, budget tracking, optimization, and performance reporting.
Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and use data-driven insights to improve ROI and effectiveness.
Contribute to the development of engaging creative content, including video production, storytelling, and digital assets aligned with Mubadala's brand.
Support the management of corporate social media channels, content calendars, and multi-channel content distribution.
Produce campaign and social media performance reports using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Sprinklr.
Monitor market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate multiple marketing projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Support leadership visibility initiatives, business announcements, sponsorships, and events through strategic marketing and content execution.
What will you bring:
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in brand marketing, digital campaigns, media buying, or integrated marketing (Agency experience is preferred).
Strong experience in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns, including paid media strategy and optimization.
Hands-on experience in content development, particularly video production and storytelling.
Experience working with media buying agencies and managing campaign execution end-to-end.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprinklr).
Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign performance metrics.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
