Role : Associate - Digital Assets
Location : Abu Dhabi                           

Role Purpose:

The Graduate Associate for Digital Assets will support the Digital Banking & Innovation division in exploring, designing, and implementing cutting-edge digital asset initiatives. This role is designed for fresh graduates eager to build a career at the intersection of traditional banking and emerging technologies, focusing on initiatives such as web3 frameworks, digital tokenization, blockchain technology applications, and evolving digital asset ecosystems.
    
Key Accountabilities of the role      

 

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

• Conduct continuous research on global digital asset trends, regional regulatory updates, and fintech innovations.

• Synthesize findings into clear benchmarks, presentations, and market intelligence reports for leadership review.

Project & Operational Support:

• Assist in documenting business requirements, process flows, and project lifecycles for digital asset proofs-of-concept (PoCs).

• Coordinate project schedules, track milestones, and follow up on deliverable statuses across cross-functional internal working groups.

Ecosystem & Platform Support:

• Assist with functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) for any newly deployed digital asset or blockchain-based tools.

Help gather performance metrics and user feedback to support platform optimization and internal tracking.
 

 



Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
 

• Foundational understanding of digital ecosystem principles, blockchain technology concepts, smart contracts, or tokenization frameworks.

• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data modeling basics, structured PowerPoint formatting).

• Basic analytical mindset with an ability to interpret structured numerical charts and data sets.

• Preferred:

• Academic or personal projects demonstrating familiarity with digital wallets, crypto-asset frameworks, or sandbox environments.
