What you will do:

As part of Group Communications’ corporate unit communications business partner model, this role provides dedicated communications support to the AI Enablement Corporate Unit, working closely with senior communications leads and stakeholder project teams.

The role supports the planning and execution of internal communications activities that drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of AI enablement initiatives across the organization. It focuses on delivering high-quality, audience-focused communications outputs aligned to organizational priorities, while ensuring consistency, governance, and adherence to Group Communications standards.

What will you bring:

• Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, or relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in directly relevant communications or marketing roles.
• Experience supporting internal communications, change communications, digital communications, or marketing communications initiatives.
• Experience in large or complex organizations is an advantage.
  
  

• Strong understanding of internal communications channels, platforms, and best practices, with a proactive and delivery-focused mindset.
• Strong content development skills, with a focus on producing high-quality, fit-for-purpose communications outputs.
• Demonstrated capability in leveraging digital and emerging technology tools within day-to-day communications work to enhance the quality and effectiveness of outputs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
