Job Description
To support project delivery across all of the service portfolio of the SBU as assigned by management.

Project Delivery
This role will support the project teams with numerous items including;
- Capturing project kick-off plans
- Creating presentations for meetings
- Taking effective minutes in workshops and meetings
- Capturing action items, owners and delivery dates
- Creating document review trackers and working with the project teams to manage them
- Supporting consultants in initial review of policies and procedures
- Supporting consultants with developing initial drafts of policies, procedures, infographics, HLDs, RACIs, reports and other deliverables
It will comply with enterprise and SBU policies and direction, including but not limited to;
- Enterprise cyber awareness training
- Project exposure flexibility
- Annual leave procedure compliance
- Timesheet compliance
- Internal surveys
- Calendar and Time management
- Opportunities are directed through the defined process at all times
- Attendance in all applicable team or enterprise meetings
Any other responsibilities as required by the Line Manager
Job Specifications
Skills/Certifications (Technical & Non-Technical)
ISO 27000 LA; ISO 27701 LA, Security +
Technical IRM or Data Privacy product certifications a plus.
Minimum Work Experience
1+ years of Information Security or Data Privacy experience.
Hands on familiarity with AI is a distinct advantage.
Education
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent, Diploma with additional relevant experience.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security is and advantage.
