Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in the development and implementation of lesson plans.
• Support classroom management by reinforcing rules and maintaining order.
• Provide individualized attention to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Help in the preparation and distribution of educational materials and resources.
• Conduct one-on-one or group tutorials to assist with special educational needs.
• Monitor and record student attendance and report any irregularities.
• Assist with supervision during lunch, recess, and student pick-up/drop-off times.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide valuable feedback on student progress.
• Implement and uphold the school’s policies and procedures at all times.
• Encourage student engagement through participation in various school activities.
• Provide administrative support by organizing student records and classroom logistics.
• Collaborate with school staff to support the diverse needs of all students.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required for consideration.
• Previous experience in an educational or childcare setting is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with young learners.
