Job Title: Assistant Storekeeper

Job Objectives: The Assistant Storekeeper gives support or assistance to the Storekeeper, and this is to ensure that all materials being issued and received are properly accounted for to minimize loses and wastage in the company in general

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assistant to the Storekeeper.
• Assists in receiving materials from different suppliers.
• Proper inventory control from preparation to posting in the inventory system.
• Storekeeping of valued materials.
• Proper monitoring and documentation of in and out of materials.
• Sending project materials and machineries to different sites with proper documentation.
• Controlling the consumables.
• Proper monitoring of tools in and out
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/Manager
  
  
  

• High school diploma
  
  
  

• At least 1 year experience in Industrial/manufacturing company and heavy industrial machinery
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• With good oral and communication skills in English
• Good in analytical skills, organized and with time management skills
