Job Description

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and driving sales success. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the development and execution of sales strategies, managing client relationships, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets. You will contribute to process improvements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts and reports for senior management review.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and participate in sales meetings and presentations, both internally and with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.
  • Support the development and execution of promotional events and activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in various industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
