We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales Manager in the daily management of the sales team, strategizing to meet sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our company. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies and plans.
  • Work collaboratively with sales team members to achieve organizational sales goals.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and report on performance and progress.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills and efficiency.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate and close deals with both new and existing clients to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize campaigns.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards in all sales activities.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new sales team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar position in sales.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
