As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be supporting the F&B Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Also, you will lead the F&B team, maintain luxury hospitality standards, and ensure smooth and efficient operations across restaurant and other F&B areas. And you will support the financial performance, cost control, and team development in line with the hotel’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of all assigned F&B outlets to ensure efficient service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate F&B colleagues to consistently deliver high standards of service and hospitality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback professionally, and ensure prompt resolution of service issues.
• Support revenue generation, upselling initiatives, inventory control, and departmental cost management.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company policies.
  
  

About You

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and luxury hospitality standards.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of F&B revenue, cost control, inventory, and budgeting.
• Professional, proactive, and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Hotel Management, F&B Management, or a related field preferred.
• Additional training in beverage service, wine, leadership, or F&B management is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing F&B operations, guest relations, team performance, and service standards.
