Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager plays a crucial role in the successful execution of projects by supporting the Project Manager in various aspects of project planning and implementation. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and management of project plans and schedules.

  • Help in identifying project risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities for various project elements.

  • Participate in project meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes.
  • Ensure all project work complies with company standards and regulations.
  • Assist in resource allocation and resolve scheduling conflicts if necessary.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management framework.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely project resource delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management or administration roles is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple project components simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project demands and manage stress effectively.
  • Analytical thinking to solve problems and make informed decisions efficiently.
