• Object-Oriented Design Patterns
• Formal Methods in Software Engineering
• Software Design and Architecture
• Software Requirements Engineering
• Other related Software Engineering courses
• PhD in Software Engineering or a closely related field
• University-level teaching experience
• An active research agenda with a record of peer-reviewed publications
• Strong academic and professional expertise in Software Engineering
• Experience teaching Object-Oriented Design Patterns and Formal Methods is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The role of the Assistant Professor in the College of Engineering & Computer Science is to deliver high-quality education and contribute to the academic community through research and service. This position supports departmental and institutional goals by developing and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, advising students, and participating in departmental and college activities. By collaborating with faculty and staff, the Assistant Professor enhances the educational experience and advances the college's mission.
