THE TEAM


You will join a dedicated Food & Beverage team committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Working closely with the Outlet Manager and collaborating with both service and culinary teams, you will help uphold the brand’s standards while fostering teamwork, guest engagement, and operational excellence across the outlet.

YOUR ROLE


As a key member of the outlet leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, support the development of associates, and provide an elevated level of guest interaction. Your role ensures that service flows seamlessly, standards are upheld, and team members feel supported and guided. You will play an integral part in maintaining a positive work culture, driving guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall financial and operational success of the outlet. In the absence of the Outlet Manager, you will confidently take ownership of the operation.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE


  • Coordinate the daily workflow of the outlet while upholding established procedures, policies, and brand standards.
  • Build strong communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Support the Outlet Manager in training associates and implementing training programs and schedules.
  • Greet guests, address comments or concerns, recommend menu offerings, and help drive revenue.
  • Prepare weekly duty rosters and manage requisitions to maintain proper stock levels.
  • Take full ownership of outlet operations in the absence of the Outlet Manager.
COULD THIS BE YOU?


  • You bring at least three years of experience as a Supervisor or Captain, ideally in a luxury or ultra‑luxury environment.
  • You are detail‑oriented, organized, calm under pressure, and able to think clearly and act decisively.
  • You excel in guest interaction, understanding service needs and building meaningful connections.
  • You communicate confidently in English and have strong coordination and leadership abilities.
  • You are familiar with various service styles and understand basic F&B cost controls.
  • You work cohesively within a team, maintain professionalism, and consistently uphold brand standards.
