Job Description

The Assistant Manager - HR Operations plays a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of HR processes within our organization. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple HR tasks with a high degree of professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to implement and optimize systems to streamline HR functions. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure an effective flow of information and maintain the integrity of HR records. This role demands a candidate with excellent communication skills, who can consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all HR activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes and conducting preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Manage employee records and ensure complete and accessible documentation.
  • Plan and conduct employee training sessions and development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and escalate issues to higher management as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR goals with business objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support management decisions.
  • Assist in developing and managing the budget for HR operations.
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems for seamless operational management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.
