Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager for our Corporate Sales division who possesses exceptional strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills. This role is pivotal in driving sales targets and enhancing customer relationships to meet our organizational goals. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be working closely with the sales manager, providing support in expanding our customer base, implementing sales strategies, and promoting a range of products and services to corporate clients. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive corporate sales growth.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients to expand the company's customer base.
  • Analyze sales data to assess performance and adjust strategies for improved results.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align on strategies for lead generation and product promotion.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, including forecasts and sales goals, to senior management.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales staff to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and negotiation processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to develop and improve sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret sales data effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and capability to mentor and motivate a sales team.
