Job Purpose
Partner closely with the HR Managers and will work with relevant stakeholders to plan and support staffing processes such as Talent Acquisition, Strategic Recruitment Database Development, attracting and successfully hiring talent. The successful candidate will provide seamless recruitment processes, guiding hiring managers through the processes and Is responsible for driving strategic and operational excellence in sourcing, hiring, and retaining top talent while supporting initiatives that enhance employee growth, engagement, and performance. This role combines hands-on recruitment with a strategic approach to talent development and succession planning, contributing directly to organizational success.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media and employee referrals etc. and promote overall diversity.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Manage recruitment vendors and third-party agencies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and optimize processes.
- Gather specific customer needs related to recruitment and staffing, aligning these to organizational strategy and partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop a tailored talent acquisition solution incorporating industry benchmarking, targeted recruitment campaigns and analysis to track and report staffing metrics.
- Develop a strategic workforce plan with a sustainable process to track metrics and accomplishments against Regional KPI.
- Utilize specific industry research, benchmarking and trend analysis to support business strategy and help forecast future talent needs
- Manage the recruitment budget and be responsible for forecasting all recruitment costs.
- Lead transformative projects to continue building a world class talent acquisition organization. Examples include tools and technology assessment, recruitment campaigns, quality of hire analysis, candidate experience life cycle and compliance auditing
- Collaborate with department heads on identifying high-potential employees and career paths.
- Contribute to learning & development programs, leadership development, Succession Planning and competency frameworks.
- Work on diversity & inclusion initiatives in collaboration with HR leadership. Develop a recruitment plan which promotes diversity.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from and reputed university, additional certification like in HR (SHRM, CIPD or similar) is an advantage.
- Min 12 to 15 years overall exp out of which approx. 10 years of core recruiting experience, particularly within High-end technology, Manufacturing and Engineering set-up.
- Working conditions require Occasional travel for recruitment drives or training sessions.
- Prior experience in maintaining accurate recruitment and talent management reports and dashboards.
Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to execute recruitment strategy, including developing broad sourcing strategies, candidate management and interview process management for positions at all levels across the organization.
- Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, Competitor mapping and relationship management.
- Familiarity with performance management frameworks and L&D strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
