You will join the Butler team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, a highly dedicated group committed to delivering personalized and elevated service throughout the guest journey. Working closely with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams, you will report directly to the Director of Rooms, playing an essential role in upholding the standards and reputation of Rosewood’s butler service.

As Assistant Chief Butler, you will support the day-to-day leadership of the Butler department, ensuring seamless, thoughtful, and intuitive service at every stage of the guest experience. You will act as a key liaison between guests and internal teams, anticipating needs, elevating touchpoints, and personalizing each stay. Your role contributes directly to maintaining Rosewood’s legendary standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and strengthening interdepartmental collaboration.

• Oversee daily Butler operations to ensure exceptional and personalized service for all guests.
• Coordinate the full guest journey, including pre-arrival, arrival, in-room experience, stay, departure, and post-stay follow-up.
• Observe guest preferences and ensure they are documented and consistently executed across the team.
• Lead and support butler staff through training, coaching, and regular quality inspections.
• Act as a liaison with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Manage special attention guests, including personalized amenities, in-room dining service, and airport pick-up/drop-off arrangements.
  

• You bring 2–3 years of experience as a Butler Supervisor or in a luxury guest service role within a 5-star hotel.
• You excel at creating personalized, detail-oriented guest experiences and maintaining discretion at all times.
• You communicate with clarity, warmth, and confidence, ensuring guests feel cared for and colleagues feel supported.
• You are highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• You are proficient with hotel systems such as Opera, KC, 360, and you adapt quickly to new technology.
• You have strong knowledge of local attractions and can craft memorable and bespoke guest recommendations.
