Job Description
- Leading and managing a team of asphalt workers, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Planning and organizing daily work schedules and tasks to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Conducting regular inspections of equipment and materials to ensure they meet project specifications.
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any issues that arise.
- Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
- Assisting in the maintenance and repair of equipment used in asphalt paving operations.
- Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
