Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager for Retail, you will be a pivotal force in driving sales and enhancing business performance across a designated region. Your role will involve developing strategies to meet sales targets and managing a team of sales representatives to ensure effective implementation of sales initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the retail industry is essential.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends accurately.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software for sales management tasks.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region as necessary.
