Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager focusing on the retail sector, you will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies and initiatives across defined regions. Your primary goal will be to enhance the sales volume, market share, and profitability of the company's products. You'll lead a team of sales representatives, working together to identify sales opportunities, interpret market trends, and surpass sales targets. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relations, developing promotional programs, and ensuring that the retail stores under your purview are consistent with branding and merchandising standards. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
