Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in retail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends is highly desirable.
