Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on sales data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the designated region for sales activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce.
