Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings based on original designs and sketches provided.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Utilize CAD software to develop accurate and detailed design plans.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Revise and update architectural drawings according to project changes and modifications.
• Coordinate with construction teams to provide design support and resolve issues.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Maintain organized project files and drawing archives for easy access and review.
• Assist in developing new design techniques and templates to improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Compile and prepare technical documentation as required for project approval.
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle from design through completion.

Requirements

• Associate degree or diploma in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman or in a similar role.
• Proficient in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, and Revit is preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy and precision in work.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
