SEGULA Technologies is hiring an Architectural Depot Engineer to support the delivery of architectural works for a High-Speed Rail depot.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and coordinate architectural design packages for depot buildings.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with project standards and applicable requirements.
Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, civil, and MEP teams to ensure proper design integration.
Support architectural construction works, finishes, doors, façades, and internal layouts.
Review materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Resolve design and construction-related technical issues.
Support quality inspections and engineering coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in architectural design development and coordination for major infrastructure or building projects.
- Proven ability to develop and coordinate architectural design packages.
- Strong coordination skills with structural and MEP engineering teams.
- Knowledge of applicable project standards and architectural construction requirements.
Strong AutoCAD and technical drawing review skills.
Knowledge of architectural construction standards and multidisciplinary coordination.
Apply only if you have a minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design development, architectural engineering, design package coordination, and multidisciplinary coordination with structural and MEP teams on major infrastructure or railway-related projects.
