We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for developing and managing architectural projects from inception through completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects that not only inspire aesthetically but also stand up to technical and functional requirements. Responsibilities

• Develop architectural plans, models, and specifications according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and project scope.
• Lead and coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to evaluate the progress and quality of construction projects.
• Ensure all designs adhere to regulatory requirements, codes, and zoning laws.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize software tools like AutoCAD and Revit for design and drafting purposes.
• Address and resolve any architectural problems or challenges that arise during projects.
• Manage timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within cost estimates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, providing insights and sharing best practices.
• Participate in bidding and project negotiation processes with prospective clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional architect license and registration with relevant architectural board.
• Minimum of five years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a collaborative team environment.
